Timber from 2009 ice storm adds to fire hazard in Arkansas
Posted on Friday, April 2, 2010Timber that fell during the January 2009 ice storm is now causing access problems for Arkansas state forestry officials who fight wildfires. Arkansas Forestry Commission crews have had trouble making their way around debris to reach the flames of several recent fires.
